Andrew James, 44, of no fixed address, admitted driving in Kirkby while disqualified and without insurance, on April 18. On April 19 he was jailed for 17 weeks because of his ‘flagrant disregard for court orders’ and his previous record. He was banned from driving for 72 months and ordered to pay a £128 victim surcharge.
Jonathan Morley, 25, of Diamond Avenue, Kirkby, admitted harassment between March 25 and April 15, and assault by beating. On April 22 he received a 24-month community order with 31 days of rehabilitation. A two-year restraining order was imposed and he must pay £100 compensation and a £95 surcharge.

Hide AdBen Coupe, 25, of Nesbitt Street, Sutton, admitted producing cannabis, between October 2019 and January 2020. On April 22 he received 26 weeks, suspended for two years and was ordered to attend a 31-day rehabilitation programme. He was ordered to pay a £122 surcharge and £85 costs.
Jamie Wortley, 30, of Crampton Avenue, Mansfield, admitted assault, on September 20, last year. On April 23 he received a 12-month community order with 20 days of rehabilitation. He must pay £100 compensation.
Genadij Bartkun, 37, of Goldsmith Street, Mansfield, admitted driving with 46 mcgs of alcohol in his system when the legal limit is 35 mcgs, and without insurance, on November 28, last year. On April 23, he was fined £300 and ordered to pay a £34 surcharge, with £85 costs. He was banned for 12 months but the disqualification will be reduced by 91 days if he completes a drink-driver rehabilitation course before November 2021.
