Neighbours have told of their shock after a stabbing in Bulwell last night, while some are calling out for more police presence as their area is lost violent behaviour, it is claimed.

Some eight or nine police cars were in attendance last night after a man was stabbed in the vicinity of Brook Close and Crabtree Road, Bulwell on Monday, June 28.

Officers cordoned off the section of Seller's Wood Drive between the two roads and a 51-year-old man has been taken to Nottingham's Queen's Medical Centre with injuries 'not believed to be life-threatening'. Police say there is still no arrest after the incident
