Theft

John Rushton, 31, of no fixed abode; stole four bottles of Lynx belonging to Superdrug in Mansfield. Suspended sentence of 10 weeks imposed and £115 victim surcharge.

Craig Maltby, 32, of Percival Close, Sutton; stole meat to the value of £91 belonging to Tesco and toiletries and food to the value of £40 belonging to Bargain Booze and assaulted a man by beating him. Suspended sentence imposed, committed to prison for a total of 42 weeks and £50 compensation.

Stephen Scullion, 32, of Chatsworth Street, Sutton; stole an Xbox game and console. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £20 victim surcharge and £120 costs.

Nathan Smith, 27, of Westfield Lane, Mansfield; stole a bluetooth speaker to the value of £14.99 belonging to B&M Bargains and failed to surrender. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and £20 victim surcharge.

Sean Huddart, 50, of New Road, Bilsthorpe; stole clothing to the value of £57 belonging to Primark. Fined £58, £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Assault

Mihails Malko, 30, of Beacon Drive, Kirkby; assaulted a man by beating him and intentionally touched a woman wihtout consent. Community order made, fined £90, pay a total of £100 compensation, £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Joanne Taylor, 29, of The Oval, Sutton; assaulted a police constable in the execution of his duty. Community order made and £85 costs.

Adam Blackwell, 18, of no fixed abode; assaulted a police constable in the execution of his duty. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £30 compensation, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

James Smith, 24, of Cedar Close, Sutton; assaulted a woman by beating her. Restraining order made, fined £200, £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

James Myers, 24, of Rockings View, Blidworth; assaulted a woman by beating her and damaged a light fitting and hoover to the value of £150. Committed to prison for 18 weeks, suspended for 18 months, restraining order made, a total of £350 compensation, £115 victim surcharge and £300 costs.

Alcohol

Gicu Aianei, 45, of Ravensdale Road, Mansfield; driving under the influence of alcohol, namely 71 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £250, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Blake Evans, 31, of Sapphire Street, Mansfield; driving under the influence of alcohol, namely 73 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, without insurance or a licence. Fined £346, £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 42 months.

Jamie Hirst, 48, of Ravensdale Road, Mansfield; driving under the influence of alcohol, namely 59 microgrammes of 100 millilitres of breath, without insurance or a licence. Fined £270, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 16 months.

Danny Spencer, 25, of Arthur Street, Mansfield; driving under the influence of alcohol, namely 67 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £254, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 18 months.
