Developer set to build 150 new homes in Alfreton
Housebuilder Ben Bailey Homes announced the acquisition and its housing plans last week.
The proposed 28 acre site on Each Well Lane is earmarked for a wide choice of quality new homes with plans to create a large number of local construction and sales jobs as part of the project.

The purchase of new land in Alfreton is a significant investment for the business and this acquisition is part of our ongoing strategy for a major roll-out of new sites across the Midlands region in 2015.
“We’ve seen huge success and high demand at our previous Derbyshire developments in Buxton and Clowne and expect Alfreton to be just as popular.”
Outline planning permission has been granted for a mix of three, four and five-bedroom houses which boast Ben Bailey’s specialised standards near the country and town centre amenities.
Ben Bailey Homes believes the development benefits from an excellent location with the combination of countryside nearby while still being close to excellent local amenities within the town centre.
