Mansfield: Special school given pedal powered boost
Staff at Hall-Fast Industrial Supplies have already collected £22,600 towards their target over the last 18 months to help youngsters aged 3 to 19 with physical and sensory needs.
Now a team made up of managing director Malk Hall, Rob Bray, John Starkie, Katie Atherton, Julie Leonardo, Eden Taylor, Matthew Back, Caroline and Steve Smith, Craig Edwards and Jonathan Crowder are preparing to take to the saddle.

“It is great that so many local people have come together to support Hall-Fast with this event,” said Malk.
“Not only have the guys on the team committed their own time to training and to taking part in the challenge, they have also committed their own money to buy equipment and pay for accommodation.
“Between us we hope to raise around £4,000 by doing this.”
Hall-Fast have also organised a Charity Ball for 9th May, which is expected to raise more than £20,000, meaning Malk is confident the target will be smashed.
