Ethan Cater, who is 9, and his brother Elliott, aged 5, decided to beat the lockdown boredom by chalking on their grandma Lynn Savage’s bungalow on Princess Street.
They drew rainbows and messages of support for the NHS, as well as a ‘get-well-soon' for Prime Minister Boris Johnson when he contracted Covid-19.

The Yorkshire-born Second World War veteran completed 100 laps of his Buckinghamshire garden to raise the funds, and is celebrating his 100th birthday on April 30. The boys set to work to draw Captain Tom’s medals, his silhouette and a giant 100 happy birthday message.
Grandma Lynn, who is 55 said: “The boys heard about Captain Tom, and wanted to celebrate what he had done raising all that money for the NHS and to say happy birthday to him.
“He’s now their latest ‘superhero,’ a national treasure, when they said what they wanted to do, I said to my daughter: ‘You’d better get another bucket of chalk!’

Lynn added: “It has kept the boys occupied, and the neighbours love to see what they’ve done, especially every Thursday when they go out clap the NHS. It’s all over Facebook.”
