Hide AdMum Kerry, 39, said: “Three of the bullies went to her school but the teachers have done nothing to protect her.
“When I spoke to the teachers, they said they couldn’t guarantee she would be safe.
“I haven’t even had a phone call from the head teacher. The video of the attack is still being circulated on social media.
“Libby used to be happy-go-lucky but since the attack she’s gone into herself.
“She has nightmares and has had enough of life.

"I went to the police but they said it can't be classed as cyber bullying because Libby wasn't tagged in the video.
"The bullies have found a loop hole in the law to continue taunting Libby. Every time she sees the video appear it's like she's gone through it all over again.
"We just want the law changed to stop this happening to other people."
