The white stuff is forecast to fall from 6pm on Thursday, December 3 as part of a mixture of rain and snow showers over the town.
Cold temperatures are expected tomorrow with lows of 2c to a high of 4c – from 6pm to 11pm there is a 60 per cent to 40 per cent chance of snowfall.

Hide AdHeavy snow showers will continue on Friday from 0.00am until 11am alongside some rainfall.
The weather will remain cold and brisk with lows of 2c and temperatures creeping up to 3c throughout the day.
Snow is predicted to fall on Saturday, December 5 as well, according to The Weather Channel – with a mix of rain and snow showers in the morning and a high of 4c.
There are hopes that an ‘Arctic blast’ could hit the UK at the end of this month, meaning we could experience a rare White Christmas, some reports have said.

Hide AdA spokesperson for the Met Office added: “At the moment the UK is almost four weeks away from Christmas so we are unable to give any detailed forecast at this stage.
"But, our latest forecast does currently suggest that during the later stages of December it is looking more likely to be unsettled.”
