“Since Severn Trent’s improvements you do actually need welly boots to walk through it, which is not ideal in the current weather.
“The thing is, I’ve been receiving texts from Severn Trent about saving water during this hot weather.
“This is great but there appears to be a big leak of fresh running water, which is causing the boggy conditions.

Severn Trent have been contacted about the issue, and improvements are due to be made.
A spokesperson said: “Our engineers on the ground are investigating this and we are working hard to get this resolved.”
No time frame has been given for when the issue will be resolved.
